ROBOT OFFLINE PROGRAMMING (OLP)
This video will give us an overview of different robotic processes that can be done with VC robotics OLP. Offline programming allows the robot programs to be created easily using a digital twin inside the software. It reduces production downtime, increases robot utilization rate, reduces shop floor risk, and drastically reduces programming time. With the VC robotics OLP, you can do welding processes like TIG, MIG, and laser welding. Other processes related to surface processes are cutting, deburring, grinding, polishing, sanding etc. Spraying applications are such as wet painting, thermal spraying, and cold spraying, which can be simulated using Visual Components Robotics OLP.
